Adding a Corporate Trade Show Magician to your exhibit may cost LESS than other in-booth promotions, give-aways, or attractions!

Get ready to spit-out your coffee… Literally…
At the Las Vegas Convention Center, if you wanted to have a barista coffee service in your booth you are required to go through Centerplate exclusivity for all catering, food and beverage, and vending services at the LVCC.

Based on recent exhibitor menus for multiple events, a full barista/espresso service in typically includes:

Espresso Machine Rental: Approximately $650 per day.

Barista Labor: Often included for up to six hours per day with the machine rental.

Additional hours: Approximately $45 per hour.
Service Minimums: Some specialized beverage stations (e.g., signature or themed) may require a minimum guarantee of $1,950 per day, plus a one-time $100 setup fee. Service Charge: 19% added to all food and beverage orders. Sales Tax: 8.375% (Nevada state tax).

Delivery Fee: $50.00 for deliveries to booths inside the exhibit halls.

Real-world expectation (commercial machine, live humans) how many cappuccinos can you expect to give away per hour? Remember it takes time to take orders / handoff, milk refill & purge, knock box dump, wiping wand & portafilter, Occasional remake… 25–30 drinks/hour = most real environments… That is a maximum lead count of 240 per 8-hour day (without any breaks).

One day Barista at the Las Vegas Convention Center: is approximately $3,663.14 for 8-hours, and that doesn’t even include the cost of custom printed cups, flavored syrups or the required electrical hook-ups and the carpet cleaning you’ll also need.

This depends on your choice of local Las Vegas based talent, traveling talent from the Corporate-Fx Signature Magic Team or our bespoke Experiential Marketing Magic experts. Typically our shows are quoted/booked by the day, and a performance day could be as few as 3 hours or a full 8-hour day. Please ask us for specifics for YOUR show, but Corporate-Fx has a wide variety of magicians, options and fee schedules to choose from. We are happy to send you a customized quote.

Our Local talent will customize your presentations by including your company logo and slogan within the act, obviously this is our lowest-cost option. For full message incorporation, branding integration, lead-gen plans and the ability to understand and answer some sales objections the SIGNATURE or traveling Corporate-Fx magic team has the experience to build a full customized show that seamlessly fits into your brand image and corporate culture.

Yes, more so with our signature Team and Experiential Experts, but even our low-cost “local” magician option will include your company name, slogan and logo!

Our goal is to look, act, and sound like an integrated part of your sales staff. We are happy to dress in your booth attire. Sometimes our magicians need pockets though, so a suit or sports coat may give your performer more options. In any case, we can discuss specifics with you during our event strategy call.

The BEST location for our “Aisle-View” presentation is at the edge of your booth property, facing the aisle... That said, to maximize your crowd-draw, and exposure, place your performer at the corner of your booth, on your busiest two aisles. Your presenter will definitely pull a bigger audience with the proper positioning on your two “through-aisles".

Just 3’ x 3’ of space is needed for the provided magician’s table and sound system. The audience will be standing around the table and will have minimal impact to your regular booth-space.

For an Aisle-View presentation your Corporate-Fx brings everything you will need, including a wireless headset mic for the magician and a small speaker that sits on the floor at the performance location. We do however require a single 110v outlet to power the system and it’s best that you run a cord under the carpet so that the installation looks clean.

Yes, your magician will need access to the show floor. We typically arrive to set-up our table and sound equipment in your booth 90 minutes to a couple of hours before the show opens on the first day.

Most of the Corporate-Fx packages are all inclusive and turn-key agreements. There are no surprise line items to add to your marketing budget. Corporate-Fx handles everything, we book our own air-fare, transfers, hotels and meals so you don’t have to, it’s included in our package price! Of course, if you choose one of our local Las Vegas based trade show magicians, then there aren’t any expenses to begin with!
