The BEST location for our “Aisle-View” presentation is at the edge of your booth property, facing the aisle... That said, to maximize your crowd-draw, and exposure, place your speaker at the corner of your booth, on your busiest two aisles. Your presenter will definitely pull a bigger audience with the proper positioning on your two “through-aisles".

Just 3’ x 3’ of space is needed for the provided table and sound system. The audience will be standing around the table and will have minimal impact to your booth space. Or, if you want maximum visibility and impact consider adding a “classroom” wit ha podium and seats to your booth.

Yes, your speaker will need access to the show floor. We typically arrive to set-up our table and sound equipment in your booth 90 minutes to a couple of hours before the show opens on the first day.
